ABOUT US

The Into-eBooks.com web page is at your service offering a steadily growing range of titles in e-book format. We aim to offer an extensive collection of English-language fiction and non-fiction titles by writers and independent publishers.

Our mission is to gather together independent publishers, research institutes and organizations around the world, offering an open and interactive platform for eBooks, free eBooks, essays and networking.

Should you be interested in publishing an e-book in print format in English or some other language or contacting the publisher for any other reason, you will also find contact addresses for prospective publishers on this page. You may also join as an affiliate to support the platform.

The Into-eBooks.com web page is maintained by Into Publishing, a small but active publisher based in Helsinki, Finland. Into Publishing publishes Finnish editions of the respected French newspaper Le Monde diplomatique and the independent Russian paper Novaya Gazeta. We also publish various non-fiction and fiction titles, mainly in Finnish. Into Publishing is a social enterprise co-owned by Friends of the Earth Finland, the Finnish Peace Committee, the Finnish Nature League, the Finnish bookstore chain Rosebud Books Ltd. and three individuals, independent author and researcher Heikki Hiilamo, author and publisher Jaana Airaksinen and Le Monde diplomatique editor Mika Rönkkö. "Into" means "zest" in Finnish.

Into-eBooks is in partnership with Shalin to work with African publishers to make their published works electronically available in the ePub format. The free material is collected by a Finnish NGO Coalition for Environment & Development. Its project is funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
